Me As A Writer
Questions :)
1. Describe yourself as a writer. How confident are you about your ability?
I am sometimes confident with my ability in English. The one ability that I am confident with is speaking out loud because when I am reading I have trouble reading out loud. I have problem with reading and writing.
2. What is your favorite type of writing to do? (e.g. stories, song lyrics, poems or emails) What is it that you like about that type of writing?
I like to write in story format because i think it is easy to do that.
3. What is your least favourite type of writing to do? What is it that bothers you most about that type of writing?
My least favorite type of writing is doing poems because i think it is hard to think of words that rhyme with each other.
4. Tell about a piece of writing that you have really enjoyed. This could be a story read to you by a teacher or a movie you think is really funny (remember, a good movie comes from a good screenplay--which is writing).
The piece that I enjoy is 'Marked'. It is about a girl and how she got marked by a vampire. Now she has to go to a different school to learn what happen to her. The reason I like it is because the writer was very descritive and i like how they presented the words in the book.
5. Give your thoughts and opinions about the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test. What do you know about it? What would you like to know about it?
The thing that i know about the literacy test is that it is manditory for every grade 10 to do it.
